Because Emergency Matters is an authorized dealer some companies require us to abide by their minimum allowable advertising pricing (MAAP) policies. However, there a other unauthorized dealers of the same product lines who are able to undercut us in pricing because they do not abide by these MAAP policies. Emergency Matters will match and beat any legitimate price on these items. Simply contact us by phone or email and we'll beat the price*. Rest easy knowing you can get the best price, best inventory, best service, and you are still buying from an authorized dealer!
* "We'll beat the price" doesn't mean that we'll play back and forth games. We'll match or beat prices on "in stock" items on a legitimate competitor's website.

We try to answer emails as quickly as possible- you’ll almost always get a response within two business days. If you don't get an email response within two business days, please resend your message or call us (if our line is busy or no one answers don't give up- keep trying! We have over 100 phone lines going into our shop. Totally serious. But we've only got about 7 people to answer them...).
